LDR.Use:3 - Agree a feasible first month

Using LDR.2, the participants compare several whole arrangements. Two cases need five of the six available specialist hours, leaving one hour for a stated exception reserve. Four cases with unchanged scope need ten hours and do not fit. Another qualified provider can supply the missing integration, but its fee exceeds the first month’s available budget. Postponing every case loses the value of beginning, while splitting the same case among several partial reviewers adds handovers without removing its needed integration.

The communities choose two cases for the first month. The acceptance provider reserves one hour; the integration provider reserves four. The remaining hour is not promised twice. Clients supply permitted materials before the allocated window and reserve their receiving time. If an exception consumes more than the reserve, the affected correction or next case is reconsidered; the reserve is not a promise to finish arbitrary extra work.

Each representative can commit only their community’s contribution under its actual rules. Individual clients accept their own terms. A host reserves the permitted communication service and maintains the agreed access; it does not thereby acquire authority over all communities. The same complete proposal, including the two-case limit and client correction boundary, receives the needed responses.

The organizer’s preparation, consultation and scheduling time is separately supplied by the communities. It is not hidden inside the six specialist hours. If that contribution is unavailable, an already capable coordinator can be retained, a smaller preparation arranged, or the start deferred.
