LDR.Use:5 - Qualified autonomous AI changes the feasible whole

Now change the performer condition. Suppose, for this scenario, a qualified autonomous AI service can perform the substantive integration under the same required acceptance conditions. Its qualification, permitted data handling, operating controls and availability are established for these cases. It can reserve routine service slots and return the diagnosis within an effective delegated mandate. It cannot make a decision reserved to the independent acceptance provider.

The setup requires four hours of one-time qualified configuration and onboarding before the month begins. That work has a separately available window and an accepted cost. Recurring human exception support requires one hour per month plus fifteen minutes per case. The independent acceptance still needs half an hour per case. Four cases therefore require one plus one plus two, or four hours of the constrained human capacity. They fit the six hours available; the agent’s compute and service fee also require an accepted budget. For the same four-case result, the human arrangement needs ten hours of integration and acceptance plus the same one-hour exception reserve: eleven hours. The new arrangement needs four recurring hours, with its one-time setup stated separately. Client preparation, correction work and ordinary coordination remain necessary in both arrangements and are supplied outside this specialist allocation.

This can justify four cases without an additional office. The AI performs the integration and permitted scheduling; people do not repeat those operations merely to preserve former roles. The communities retain their real acceptance of the service terms, input permissions, client work and the independent decision the scenario still requires.

Change the authority and assurance condition again. Suppose a competent independent automated acceptance service is available, is permitted by the applicable rule, and supplies the required independent judgement without the earlier human half-hour per case. That contribution can also move to AI. The recurring human demand becomes the one-hour support provision plus the four fifteen-minute exception allocations: two hours. Independence is a property of the actual judging arrangement and grounds, not merely a second agent label. The responsible parties can now reconsider the larger service scope or retain the spare capacity; no automatic expansion follows.

In the opposite variation, the agent is qualified only to draft a summary and every case still requires the original two hours of expert integration. The promised reduction is unsupported. Four cases would still exceed the six hours, with the agent’s cost added. Retain the two-case arrangement or obtain another feasible source of competence.

These are conditional comparisons, not claims about a named AI product. C.11.DUA keeps setup, recurring work, required guarantees, delay, fees and displaced work in view. Stronger competence changes architecture only where the real arrangement supports relying on it.
