WHOLE-AGREEMENT — Each offer is plausible, but they do not fit together

  • Situation: A customer accepts a date, a provider offers help and a manager promises time, but the full arrangement cannot yet be performed.
  • Question: What complete proposal can the affected parties actually accept and supply?
  • First useful result or blocker: The same feasible proposal accepted by the parties whose contributions it needs, or an explicit unresolved condition or refusal.
  • Start with: LDR.2.
  • Stop or return: Do not add a negotiation procedure to an already sufficient agreement. Reconsider the affected whole when a relied-on contribution changes.
