MISSING-HELP — The work waits for one person to intervene

  • Situation: Participants know the work, but only the initiator explains the purpose, raises a concern or obtains needed help.
  • Question: Which contribution is missing, and who can supply it under the actual conditions?
  • First useful result or blocker: An agreed capable arrangement for the next needed contribution, or the specific missing competence, time, access or authority preventing it.
  • Start with: LDR.1.
  • Stop or return: Use adequate ordinary coordination directly. Return after a failed contribution, changed conditions or a new need for continuation without the initiator.
