Library.Reference:9.1.7 - How does a useful episode become a renewable cultural contribution?
Make the reason for the way recoverable, not just the appearance of the successful example. FPF C.36.MC:4.5 connects receiving work, the explanation of consequential choices, bounded adaptation, recipient use and the return of a useful difference. FPF C.36.RP obtains and renews the means of using a shared way, whether through material, capable help, tools, learning or another arrangement.
Within a community, CB.14 turns contrasting cases into a qualified repertoire contribution and makes it available beyond the people who developed it. Determine whether an observed difference calls for changing the Method, its explanation, a tool, access or the participant’s capability; involve the contributor able to make that change. A successful local variant can be worth retaining even when the earlier way remains sound elsewhere.
Keep reconstruction, useful performance, adaptation and later retention as separate claims. A public resource may reach independent carriers who never join a meeting. Conversely, repeated participation may leave a necessary operation unavailable. Keep only the observations needed for the intended claim and obtain further evidence when its possible contribution warrants the burden.
For a culture of continuing development, what another carrier must reconstruct includes recognising a consequential difficulty, framing a worthwhile problem and organising an attainable next transition. FPF C.40.NP develops that continuation after success. If the next carrier can only repeat the founder’s prepared exercise, their ability to choose and address a new problem remains unestablished.
