These are different questions with different sufficient answers.

For a culture of development, combine the actual cultural continuation contribution with C.40.OD’s development result. Reproducing a training activity or one mastered Method does not show that further carriers can notice a consequential difficulty or possibility, construct a worthwhile development problem, and organize the next attainable transition. A local helping undertaking can nevertheless finish legitimately before that larger culture claim is established.
