MDPE.18:5 - Recognition and Assurance

The evidence is usable when a cold reader can answer:

  • Which decision and receiving use bound the inquiry?
  • Which world-side subjects are at issue, and which sources merely describe them?
  • For every relied-on claim, which source part supports it and what is the limit?
  • Are testimony, institutional statements, scholarly analysis, platform traces, and present Work identified rather than blended?
  • Which lineage dimension matters, and does the evidence support a tree, network, mixture, convergence, or only a local attribution?
  • Which embodied, performative, technical, or present-use relations are missing from the records?
  • Does source visibility differ from evidence of actual practice prevalence?
  • Which use is supported now, and which inference is blocked? If further inquiry is selected, what decision can it change?

Assurance means replaying source-to-claim use, not counting citations. Check source identity, retained part, production context, permissions, corroboration, contradictory evidence, currentness for the claim, and the downstream use. When a mutable page changes, reopen only the claims and decisions that relied on it.
