MDPE.20:0.1 - Working Distinctions

Claim or subjectKeep separate here
possible trajectoryA conditional episteme about how a named practice or distribution may change; not the future practice itself.
geometric prototype or centralityA relation in one declared representation and candidate space; not a dynamical attractor by itself.
statistical clusterA pattern in observations or represented cases; not a transformation mechanism or future.
reconstruction biasA tendency in repeated perception, memory, imitation, teaching, or reproduction under stated conditions; not population selection by itself.
increasing frequency or prevalenceA population characteristic over a period and sampling basis; not necessarily retention, equilibrium, value, or causal mechanism.
lineage or reconstructed ancestorA historical relation or hypothesis; not a prediction of later change.
dynamics attractorA claim requiring a state space, transition relation or law, conditions, and basin or stability evidence under A.3.3; not a synonym for recognizable style.
project choiceA decision by an admitted Agent within authority; not later recognition, selection, transmission, retention, or loss in a practitioner population.
publication of a forecastWork that can itself change attention and later observations; not an intervention effect merely because influence is possible.

Use Agent for a dancer, musician, teacher, organizer, curator, human development team, robot, or AI participant when enough agency is established for the named contribution. Use System for instruments, bodies, floors, venues, software, records, platforms, media, and other participants when agency is not current.
