ME.6:2 - Problem

A one-stack account turns Method composition, Work order, organization, capability, provider support, and description layers into one hierarchy. An account built from views treats different depictions of the same relations as different architectures. A local-optimization account celebrates faster integration while moving preparation, assurance, maintenance, or recovery burden to another Agent or interval.

The decision then asserts an obtaining architecture before its relations exist, or misses a genuine first–then guard because “everything is concurrent”.
