MNT.11:7 - Conformance Checklist

Can the receiving person identify the actual returned configuration and supported functioning? Are material unfinished work and restrictions resolved for the intended use? Are required certificates or independent returns applicable and issued within their authority? Has control been transferred, and is the resumed-use permission supported?

A qualified restricted-use or missing-condition answer can close the hand-back question. It does not automatically complete the intended unrestricted operation.
