MNT.11:8 - Common Anti-Patterns and How to Avoid Them

A component certificate is read as whole-System permission. Recover the certified claim and the still-needed operating decision. A successful test is treated as a physical hand-back while temporary controls remain in the test state. Reconcile actual restoration and control.

A recommendation is withheld until release paperwork exists. Return the adequate advice at its own boundary; obtain release only for the selected actual use.
