MNT.16:1 - Problem frame

Use this pattern when the question concerns how maintenance practice is actually continued or changed among people: a hand-back Method is taught, a new diagnostic approach spreads or an older practice persists despite a revised manual.

Return a qualified account of the relevant cultural relations or a supported decision to continue, change, branch or stop an arrangement. Maintenance culture here concerns the generation, transmission, enactment, recognition, selection, retention and loss of practice variants in a stated population. A training release alone does not establish those outcomes.
