• Continuing users, commitments, configuration and protection/recovery conditions are explicit.
• The overlap includes learning, support, dual operation, observation and recovery at the times they consume resources.
• Required co-use, arrangement, admission and commitment decisions are obtained from their owners and not repeated here.
• Stop, reduction and fallback conditions change actual action.
• Interrupted or deferred work and missing observations remain visible.
• The receiving service owner accepts hand-back and the end condition for temporary support.
