OCE.12:12 - Relations

CHK.3 fits a checklist to the actual first and later occasions of work; OCE.12:4.3.3 prepares the organizational decision and shared start on which that use depends. OCE.10 addresses obstacles to participation and to recurring ways of working. OCE.9 uses the leadership contribution in realizing an organization-capability increment. OCE.11 helps reconcile change work with continuing service. Use OCE.6 with the responsible institutional decision makers to establish assignments and authority. OCE.15 develops the organization-change content of a proposed Method; Method Engineering qualifies the way of doing.

For negotiated contributions, OCE.7 coordinates product and organization architecture decisions. SYSE.6 guides the engineering architecture decision; SYSE.24 guides comparison and choice among complete ways to obtain an engineering result. OPS.13 helps maintain commitments through authorized changes. SYSE.17 helps identify systems that may bear engineering consequences and the conditions that matter to them. CB.13 explains representation, mandates and the conditional option of a team protocol. B.5.QD.CF helps reconsider an assumed necessary means; D.4 helps compare alternatives under conflicting value premises. C.11 keeps a conflict among collectives explicit when treating the choice as one decision maker’s comparison would conceal it.

HCD.1 supplies capability demand. HCD.3 supplies a target justified by evidence or helps return the question for another remedy or missing evidence. HCD.4 supplies a capability profile. HCD.7 establishes the availability and conditions of providers, access, tools and support; use its return to HCD.8 when a provider’s missing capability must be developed. OCE.4 designs the needed contribution relations, OCE.5 addresses a continuing position when needed, and OCE.6 establishes the enabling relations for actual work. Learning providers remain responsible for intervention and assessment. C.36 governs claims about cultural continuation; C.28 governs causal claims. Use OCE.17 when the subject is the continuing practice of organization-change engineering itself.
