Practitioners see why an item is present, what it can do, which conditions and mechanisms are assumed, and what outcome it can and cannot establish.

The cost is disciplined status and evidence work. Popular interventions can remain source contributions or candidate accounts; bundles need explicit interaction reasoning; selected candidates can still fail in actual Work.
