OCE.17:12 - Relations

C.36 supplies cultural-case, transmission, recognition, selection and memory distinctions, including the difference between an intervention and observed cultural change. A.10 supports evidence provenance; C.28 governs stronger causal reliance.

OCE.2, OCE.3, OCE.5 and other OCE Methods supply the actual domain moves recognized in cases. OCE.15 receives a reusable-Method or repertoire problem and uses current Method Engineering for qualification, fit, trial and variants.

OCE.10 governs participation and working culture in the organization being changed. OCE.12 can supply a concrete qualified explanation, critique or support contribution. OCE.13 can provide a consequence comparison relevant to a practice question; OCE.14 supplies an authorized organization-relation revision, not authority over a practitioner population.

Current HCD.1/HCD.3/HCD.4 supply their bounded human-demand, diagnostic and profile results. Learning design, practice, assessment, transfer and retention outside those results remain requests to qualified providers. The framework’s dependency and sibling-return account states the current CAE/CDI contribution limits; the population does not become one development holder by association.
