OCE.1:0.1 - Working Distinctions

Name used hereMeaning
changed organizationThe actual organization System selected for one change decision. A business-unit name or chart box may help locate it but does not establish its boundary or relations.
intended outside contributionThe contribution the organization is intended to make to a containing, using, receiving, or neighboring System under stated conditions. It orients change; assess its value and achievement separately.
changed Work questionA question about the actual or intended Work whose result, performer, coordination or conditions may need to change. Distinguish this Work from the Work of the change programme.
organization capability questionA question about the named organization’s ability to perform a named Work family under stated conditions. Capability is not a position, tool, training event, resource, assignment, or isolated result.
decision-relevant organization factsSeparately governed claims about actual Work occurrences or intended Work, supplied results and contributions, holder assignments, decision authority, resource access, information use, material transfer, service provision, coordination, and participation. These fact questions help choose what to investigate next.
affected-System accountThe ordinary A.1.CSD result for Systems whose decision-relevant characteristics may change through supported relations or modal paths. Assess harm, benefit, interest and causal effect separately.
authority boundaryThe independently supported relation under which a named System may issue or use the current organization-change decision. Sponsorship, responsibility, capability, budget, and assignment do not imply it.
organization-change focusThe bounded result returned by this pattern. It selects attention and downstream questions; it does not select an organization concept or authorize change Work.
