A favored concept turns evidence collection into confirmation. Practitioners compare names instead of relations, infer capability from a proposed position, infer authority from hierarchy, and hide the burden of continuing service.
Several diagrams may still be views of one concept. Without a serious alternative and participant contribution, the decision cannot expose which assumption makes the preferred concept better.
