OCE.3:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • The comparison has a compatible focus and grounded current account or explicit blocking gaps.
  • Comparison dimensions distinguish proposed relations, arrangements, capability, coexistence conditions and burden before forms are chosen.
  • Participants whose Work or burden can change the alternatives contribute under bounded protection and authority.
  • The set contains materially different relations and an incumbent-repair branch.
  • C.17 characterizes existing candidates; C.18 appears only when retained or open-ended exploration is current.
  • Each concept names possible direct relations; views remain descriptions.
  • Capability, authority, access, provider commitment, and continuity assumptions remain explicit.
  • The decision does not convert selection into an obtaining organization.
  • Downstream constraints and reopen evidence are explicit.
