OPS.12:12 - Relations

OPS.5 and OPS.7 supply admission and priority choices whose human consequences may need examination. Use OPS.10 to qualify capacity and OPS.10.2 to place remaining work in the actual available windows. The work and recovery arrangement obtained here supplies conditions for those calculations, not additional hours to count twice. Use OPS.13 to establish a supported service commitment with the authorized parties when that is the receiving need. OPS.14 supplies decision-specific financial consequences, and OPS.15 can provide the necessary operating account.

OPS.18 governs the continuation or recovery action when quality and reliability are at risk. OPS.17 helps reconsider the method whose assumptions created recurring burden. OCE.13 applies when the subject is an organization change; a Human Capability Development method is needed when the unresolved result concerns capability development. HCD.7 and HCD.15 can use the resulting work windows, retained recovery and reconsideration conditions when arranging support or continuing development. A changed available window reopens that arrangement without itself establishing a change in the person’s capability.

FPF C.16 supports measurement whose basis matters to the decision. A.10 keeps evidence reach distinct from the claim being made. A.11.OP helps remove work that has no contribution to the current decision, required assurance or recovery.
