OPS.13:12 - Relations

OPS.5 guides admission under an existing service arrangement, and OPS.7 guides decisions about aging work and commitments that need attention. Use OPS.10 to qualify capacity, OPS.12 to compare human consequences and OPS.14 to compare operating and financial alternatives relevant to the promise.

OPS.15 helps construct an account whose event population and time basis support the service claim. OPS.18 guides the operating response to quality and reliability evidence. OPS.17 helps select or refresh the operating method when its assumptions no longer support the service.

FPF A.10 governs the fit between evidence and the claim relied on. C.16 supports the exact measure and uncertainty where those matter, while A.11.OP limits additional analysis to what can change the decision or supply required assurance or recovery.
