OPS.17:9 - Consequences
Practitioners can reuse a bounded operating move without importing a whole school’s objective or record system. The repertoire also makes changed conditions easier to address: the team can revise one admission rule or acceptance assumption while retaining useful neighboring methods.
The comparison takes effort, and some effect claims remain uncertain until local use. Maintaining only decision-relevant alternatives and finishing the supported comparison limits that cost. Further inquiry is selected for the contribution it can make at its full cost. Broader comparative effectiveness remains an empirical question.
