OPS.20:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • The Operations Management Discipline result or smaller practice boundary, operating System or service, setting, place, period, and qualification window are explicit.
  • The practitioner population identifies the participants meant by transmitting, receiving, recognizing, selecting, remembering, retaining, generating, or losing.
  • The input is either an exact admitted Method plus relied-on description and bounded evidence, or an exact status-preserved candidate or observed-practice account with no Method, MethodDescription, or enactment inflation.
  • One value and cultural predicate have participant meanings, applicability, a positive test, and a discriminating negative or failed case.
  • Other cultural predicates remain explicit gaps unless independently tested.
  • The world-side claim, claim episteme, evidence and reliance, and observations at named intervals remain separate.
  • Methods, candidate accounts, descriptions, carriers, publications, training, rules, Systems, Work, local use, population claims, and consequences retain their actual identities.
  • A selected structure or architecture is opened only when its organization changes the decision.
  • Credible action-changing explanations and relevant uncertainty remain without a fixed hypothesis count. A new inquiry has an attainable contribution worth its whole burden, including design effort, and feasible participants, capability, access, resources, window and authorization.
  • The intended action’s needed Agent, assignment, permission or authority predicate, participants, scope, positive basis and protected conditions are named. A selected intervention also bounds reversible exposure; a current account creates no new change to authorize.
  • The proposed intervention, performed intervention Work, actual changed subject, later cultural observation, and later operating consequence are distinct.
  • Service, reliability, flow, toil, adoption, human-condition, burden, non-use, and rejection observations retain their own subjects and do not prove the cultural predicate or causality.
  • The return is continue, revise, branch, replace, stop, a retained set, or unknown, with the available grounds, material alternatives, gaps, limits and reopen condition. A next observation appears only for a selected worthwhile inquiry; stronger later claims keep their own actual evidence.
  • OPS.16, OPS.17, and OPS.19 inputs preserve their exact status and supply no cultural relation by adjacency.
