OPS.Preface:3 - Work, descriptions, structures, and records remain distinct

Work is admitted under its own conditions. Project, programme, process, case, queueing, and control views describe or coordinate Work for different questions; they do not create rival Work kinds. A selected actual structure consists of its actual constituents and obtaining relations. A board, diagram, mathematical graph, event log, case file, model, or dashboard is a representation or record with a bounded use.

Name the actual structure that changes the decision: transformation-flow, queue/resource-dependency, commitment, event, case-state, control, or another exact structure. Do not call every connected arrangement a graph. A graph is one mathematical lens after its nodes, edges, semantics, and receiving use are selected.
