PSD.2:0.1 - Working Distinctions

Working termMeaning in this pattern
participantA person or arrangement whose contribution is sought or used in the bounded inquiry. Participation alone proves neither System status, representativeness, agreement, capability, nor authority.
affected SystemAn actual System or intended referent that may undergo a relevant change through a supported direct relation or a stated modal path. Use A.1.CSD for this discovery and keep actual and possible relations distinct.
concernA source-attributed matter that a participant, represented person, duty holder, interest holder, or affected-System account makes material to the receiving use. A recorded concern is not thereby true, decisive, or jointly held.
representationA supported basis on which one participant speaks, reports, advocates, or acts for another person or constituency. Presence, title, confidence, or similarity does not establish it.
participation conditionAn access, timing, language, safety, capability, format, dependency, or other condition that changes whether a contribution can be made or relied upon.
participation and concern accountThe smallest recoverable account of current and missing participation, affected Systems, concerns, duties, interests, dissent, evidence, uncertainty, and next use for one bounded inquiry.
