PSD.2:6 - Bias-Annotation

Scope: participation and concern recovery for one bounded decision-support inquiry. Lenses: Gov keeps contribution, representation, duty, and choice authority distinct; Arch tracks which participants and concerns can change dependent results; Onto/Epist separates Systems, reports, possible paths, and supported relations; Prag stops at a sufficient account; Did supplies plain recognition cues and an explicit assurance boundary.

Recurring biasLikely driftRepair
visibility biasAvailable or powerful speakers define the concern set.Start from possible consequence bearers and record material absences.
attendance-as-representation biasPresence or title is treated as authority to speak for others.State the representation basis, scope, and limit separately.
participation-as-proof biasA workshop report is treated as proof of Systemhood, consequence, or consensus.Keep participation, relation, evidence, and agreement claims distinct.
stakeholder-exhaustion biasWork waits for universal participation.Stop at adequacy for the named use and return exact gaps.
harmony biasFacilitation erases minority or unresolved positions.Preserve attributed dissent and its consequence for the next result.
human-only biasNon-speaking or non-human consequence bearers disappear.Use A.1.CSD to recover affected Systems and possible changes.
