PSD.7:12 - Relations

  • PSD.2 supplies the current participation and concern account only where it is material to the inquiry. PSD.6 supplies the engagement Method and limits only for the matching situation and qualification window. Needed missing inputs return to qualified direct sources or exact gaps.
  • PSD.8 may use this inquiry result where it changes the candidate set; agreement is not required and material dissent stays explicit.
  • PSD.13 and PSD.16 may use the participation and dissent account to preserve material agreement and disagreement in a recommendation or simultaneous-inquiry decision. The account grants no choice authority.
  • A.2.9 governs a communication’s receiving-use question and any stronger communicative-Work claim. Direct patterns govern actual consent, representation, permission, duty, and authority; A.6.REL adds occurrence identity only for a need to distinguish same-kind occurrences.
  • Direct evidence, causal, value, legal, safety, safeguarding, and governance practices answer their own substantive questions. Facilitation can expose their missing results but cannot replace them.
