PSD.7:2 - Problem

Facilitation can suppress the differences it is meant to make usable. A participant’s objection becomes a neutral-looking label, an absent group is treated as represented, and silence is recorded as consent. A model becomes “our view” although participants attach different meanings to it.

The opposite failure is endless disagreement. Every difference reopens the whole discussion, no one distinguishes an evidence gap from a value conflict, and the recipient receives a transcript instead of a result. Productive inquiry needs neither forced consensus nor unlimited debate; it needs a bounded account of what matters and what can be done with it.
