PSD.7:4.5 - Keep the result faithful without collecting everything

Keep enough attribution and evidence for the recipient to understand and challenge each material claim. Retain the scope of representation: “the association’s representatives stated” is different from “residents agreed”. Where a protected contribution cannot be openly attributed, preserve its qualified status and disclosure limit without inventing public endorsement.

A transcript is not normally needed. Reuse a concise claim account, a corrected map, or annotated conclusions. Avoid collecting personal detail that contributes nothing to the receiving question, and do not promise anonymity or confidentiality that the actual arrangements cannot support.

Recognition of a difference needs no formal relation register. If later reliance requires a claim that consent, authorization, representation, or another relation obtains, use that relation’s direct pattern and evidence. Use A.6.REL only when the receiving use must additionally distinguish occurrences of the same relation kind, including separate episodes with the same participants.
