“Everyone agreed with the slide.”Ask which meaning and claim each response actually supports.
“No objection means consent.”Recover the participation conditions and any applicable consent rule; otherwise report only the observed response.
“The representative speaks for everyone affected.”Carry the actual representation basis and limits.
“Keep dissent in the transcript; simplify the recommendation.”Preserve every disagreement that can change the receiving recommendation or its conditions.
“Every objection blocks progress.”Distinguish its consequence under the actual evidence, authority, and decision rules.
“A neutral script makes the facilitator neutral.”Expose material interests and choose an appropriate safeguard or facilitator.
