PSD.7:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • The inquiry’s receiving question, intended result, and later choice boundary are recoverable.
  • Needed participation and Method inputs fit the present situation and qualification window, or their exact gaps are returned.
  • Participation, correction, challenge, attribution, and disclosure conditions are usable rather than merely announced.
  • The facilitator’s material interests and limits are visible.
  • Shared meaning, claim support, factual evidence, value preference, consent, and authority remain distinct.
  • Material dissent retains attribution, basis, consequence, and a discriminating question or reopen condition.
  • Absence, silence, abstention, and representation limits do not become agreement.
  • Direct relation claims receive their own assurance; an occurrence register is not compulsory.
  • The return is concise enough to use and precise enough for participants to challenge.
  • Closure neither invents a decision nor conceals a premise that prevents the receiving use.
