PSD.8:2 - Problem

An apparently open choice can be closed before analysis begins. A list of pump models omits deployment arrangements; a list of training courses omits changing the Work that prevents capability expression; a list of AI models omits the tool, data, or operating configuration responsible for the failure.

Unrestricted ideation creates the opposite difficulty. Hundreds of names can repeat the same intervention, depend on unsupported capacities, or combine benefits that cannot coexist. Novelty does not make an alternative useful, and an attractive candidate does not become admissible because it survived a workshop.
