PSD.9:6 - Bias-Annotation

Scope: value representation for one bounded comparison. Lenses: Onto/Epist separates concern, measure, preference, and obligation; Prag preserves decision relevance; Gov exposes representation and authority; Did makes trade-offs concrete.

Template bias imports irrelevant criteria. Proxy bias rewards what is easy to count. Splitting one objective into many criteria can change its apparent importance. Sponsor averaging can conceal who bears a loss. Counter these by returning to attributed consequences, inspecting overlaps, and retaining disagreement and missingness. Do not replace one template with a mandatory elaborate hierarchy.
