PSD.9:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • Values are attributed to the relevant subjects and receiving comparison, with representation limits intact.
  • Objectives and possible means remain distinct at the grain that changes the decision.
  • Repeated consequences are not counted twice; correlation alone does not justify deletion.
  • Measures retain subject, scale, unit, horizon, evidence, proxy limits, and missingness.
  • Binding conditions, aspirations, and unresolved authority questions are distinguished. A live merits question receives an appraisal of protective contribution and burden, with a supported recommendation and unchanged current force.
  • Value transformations and weights have declared ranges and an elicitation basis.
  • Interactions and refusals to compensate are preserved.
  • Any collective aggregation has an explicit basis; incompatible accounts remain visible otherwise.
  • The return states partiality, dissent, direct-source gaps, and exact reopen conditions.
  • A value account is not a comparison result, authorization, or claim of effect.
