“Everyone agrees safety is important, so give it twenty percent.”Recover the actual condition, its source, and whether compensation is permitted.
“Equal weights are neutral.”State the consequence ranges and inspect how criterion splitting changes the result.
“These two measures correlate, so one is redundant.”Examine whether they represent the same valued consequence.
“Normalize everything to zero–one.”Establish value meaning and admissible operations before any transformation.
“The workshop mean is the public preference.”Preserve attribution and require an explicit aggregation basis.
“Collect more data to resolve the value dispute.”Identify whether the missing input is evidence, preference, representation, or authority.
