RHY.13:4.5 - Return a bounded conclusion and next use
State what carried over, remained available later, or depended on support, with the changed condition and relevant limits. Ordinary use may need only a concise rehearsal decision: “The phrase now survives the rate change with the hand reference; unaided entry still needs practice.”
Distinguish local usability from causal claims about how learning occurred and from prevalence across a population. Stop when the receiving decision can be made. If a stronger conclusion matters, identify the additional contrast or observation that could change it and compare its value with its burden through C.11.DUA.
Reopen the affected claim when the passage, convention, performing whole, support, interval or intended range changes. Keep earlier conclusions whose conditions still hold.
Local mantra: choose the needed claim; change the relevant condition; preserve its inputs; observe before teaching when required; return the result with its support and scope.
