RHY.1:5.1 - A sound changes, and an entrance seems late

In this constructed case, a keyboard player replaces a short sound with a slowly rising sound. The note starts at the same position in the sequencer, but another musician now hears the entrance as late.

The practitioner compares the two sounds in the same passage before changing the whole tempo. The physical start is held fixed; the changed envelope and the heard position remain a live explanation. The first result is a timing-center question for RHY.4. It is not yet a measured correction or a finding that the performer has poor rhythm.
