• The target identifies the events to be related and whether coincidence or displacement is wanted.
• Each reported location has a physical or response criterion and an adequate observation basis.
• Measurement and response delays are handled when they can change the decision.
• The correction changes a controllable contribution and is checked against the intended effect.
• Its scope retains the sound, movement, receiver and conditions that affect reuse.
• An unresolved difference does not become an unsupported diagnosis of poor timing.
