Bias and the reach of these examples
The seal and stream cases foreground engineering evidence and observable anomalies; the historical and interpretive contrast prevents controlled experiment from becoming the implicit model of every inquiry. The Method-correction case additionally exposes the difference between implementation repair, Method qualification and a changed receiving claim. Together these cases make important branch and loss decisions recognizable, but they are constructed cases, not field validation of the repertoire. RMP.2 compares unlike design families, RMP.3 preserves their operational differences, RMP.4 relates actual material to the intended examination, and RMP.5/RMP.6 connect method-appropriate criticism and testing to the bounded claim. These contributions do not provide each family’s complete professional practice or establish equal coverage of every research tradition.
The requirement for a named receiving use can make a sponsor’s decision too prominent. The receiver may instead need a bounded explanation or corpus contribution; immediate commercial, policy, or operational action is not required. Keep rival accounts capable of changing the favored answer, and distinguish a sponsor’s preference from the criticism demand. The RMP.1 bias account and RMP.2 bias account address status, activity, favourite-Method, tool and authority drift. RMP.3 adds operational selection and researcher-position questions; RMP.4 adds retrospective reconstruction, unrecorded exclusions and access consequences. RMP.5 and RMP.6 address interpretive overreach, technique prestige, repetition and acquisition bias. RMP.7 adds corpus selection and source-dependence limits; RMP.8 adds wider model reliance and receiving-use limits. RMP.9 adds novelty, easy-metric, compulsory-acquisition and unsupported-retention risks.
Applying the same membership conditions does not give every group the same resources or access. Community access, specialist competence, funds, archive rights, or a safe sampling window can determine what can actually be done. Preserve those conditions as concrete results and constraints. Bounded communicability requires a critic to recover the reasoning; it does not demand public release of protected records or convert an institutional template into the only acceptable trace.
