SOM.1:1 - Problem frame
Use this when a movement instruction names a visible result but leaves you unable to decide what to change in your own bodily action, or when a familiar bodily correction stops producing the required result.
The object being modeled is the bodily contribution to a particular movement. Relate what the performer experiences, what they deliberately change and what the action produces. The first useful result is a proposed connection that can guide an attempt, together with an observation that could contradict it.
Begin with a familiar technique and comfortable conditions whose limits you understand, or obtain that instruction from a qualified teacher. When the required technique, loading conditions or cause of pain is unresolved, obtain the appropriate domain or clinical contribution before making the bodily attempt.
