A usable application identifies the movement interval and required result; distinguishes experience, deliberate change and external observation; proposes a change with a contrary observation; retains the actions that must continue; and chooses a next move from the observed result. Unknown physical causes and unavailable information remain unknown. The scope of the result includes its actual support and conditions.
