SOM.3:4.1 - Establish an available change

Choose the receiving result and the bodily change from SOM.1. Recover a contrast the performer can already distinguish under these support and contact conditions. Begin with a familiar amount of effort that serves the task; do not seek a maximum or minimum merely to produce a clearer report.

Identify how the change develops and what is experienced after release. If release makes the difference noticeable when its development was unclear, use that report to choose the next attempt.
