STR.11:7 - Conformance Checklist

• The chooser and the present decision are explicit, with advice distinguished from actual choice.
• The evidence and comparison basis concern the same options, configuration and horizon.
• A retained alternative set, intended joint use and authorized commitments remain distinct.
• Joint commitments have a supported common configuration, not merely attractive component scores.
• The selected scope states its resources, exclusions, displaced work and unmet conditions.
• Material assumptions retain their support and use limits.
• Reconsideration conditions identify the decision they can change and the responsible holder.
• A bounded preparation, continuation, rejection or qualified recommendation can finish the immediate question.
