STR.12:10 - Rationale
Strategic adaptation connects changes in circumstances to changes in action through evidence and authority. Keeping those connections explicit prevents both unauthorized reaction and unsupported continuity.
A revisable strategy need not be constantly revised. Preserving a qualified decision, stopping an inquiry on sufficient evidence and changing one dependent commitment are different successful outcomes.
