STR.12:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • The actual recommendation, commitment and performance are distinguished.
  • The signal has a qualified subject, interval, meaning and uncertainty.
  • A behavioural proportion has a recoverable counted unit, numerator, denominator and follow-up period; its comparison retains material group differences.
  • Its material receiving premise or decision is identified.
  • Warning, reconsideration and authorized response remain distinct.
  • Observation and response can occur within the relevant decision window.
  • Continuing, narrowing and stopping receive a fair comparison where feasible.
  • Changed policy is distinguished from changed evidence and actual authority.
  • The result preserves supported independent work and names unresolved dependence.
  • The bounded follow-up can close without commissioning further inquiry.
