How should simultaneous strategic work be organized? Adopt C.32.MWA’s synthesis of unlike structures, comparison of moved burden and distinction between actual practice and future design. Sections 4.1–4.3 use these actions against the serious simpler alternative of a sequence-only roadmap. A direct schedule remains sufficient for one clear scheduling question; this pattern adds value when several different structures change the commitment.
The pattern relates multiple work horizons and the means that make later work possible. It separates developing subjects and their contributions within continuous organization development, as illustrated by SensorCo. This requires neither a universal hierarchy nor the assumption that a single project controls distributed cultural change.
For the tension between current efficiency and adaptive capability, Teece’s 2025 treatment of dynamic capabilities supplies a contemporary conceptual comparison. Sections 4.3 and 5.1 retain both protected current service and the cost of future flexibility; the source does not establish SensorCo’s numerical capacity or validate its proposed configuration. Reopen the comparison when an actual shared constraint, provider contribution or moved burden changes the feasible whole.
