STR.14:9 - Consequences

Strategy can support a feasible bounded commitment while maintaining present contributions and future possibilities. Participants see the cost of a fallback, the burden of a local improvement and the precise result still needed from another holder.

The answer can be a smaller configuration, a changed sequence, continuation or stop. It may expose that arithmetic alone cannot settle a capability or authority conflict.
