STR.15:4.1 - Name the practice variant and the people and conditions in scope

Describe the strategic practice in ordinary words: for example, retaining serious rivals with their rejection reasons, distinguishing interest from demand, or returning a qualified uncertainty statement to a decision holder.

Name the population or participants, organization or community, place, period, relevant decision work and the variant or variants being compared. Include the tools and documents only where they carry, mediate or alter a material relation. A platform name does not identify the whole culture.

Recover a qualified actual account when describing current practice. If the account is prospective, identify it as a proposal or hypothesis. A local account must not become an organization-wide claim by dropping its scope.

The first result can be one sentence: “In this team, experienced analysts teach the alternative-comparison routine, meeting notes retain its reasons, but the next decision discussion omits unresolved cost claims.” That account still needs a basis for each asserted relation; its readability is not its evidence.
