STR.15:4.6 - Preserve what the next use needs and close
Return the bounded current account, supported continuation or change, material uncertainty and next action or stop. Keep the evidence and scope needed to distinguish the practice from its carrier, the intervention from its effect and a local result from a broader claim.
Use existing ordinary records where they suffice. A C.36 case or intervention card is useful when the receiving work needs those several claims kept together; it is not mandatory for every conversation.
Retain the reasons and conditions that future users need, including useful criticisms and alternatives. State when a changed population, source, tool, recognition practice or observed use would require reconsideration. Close the present question.
