STR.2:7 - Conformance Checklist

For reliance on an impact judgment, check:

• The old premise and changed fact, claim or comparison rule are explicit at the relevant subject and conditions.
• The receiving strategic use actually depends on that premise.
• The consequence states what decision, scale, timing, qualification or protection changes.
• A no-impact conclusion is bounded by the inspected uses and evidence.
• Missing evidence is not counted as unchanged meaning.
• Unaffected work remains usable without being re-proved.
• A proposed response respects the authority needed to act.
• Additional inquiry, if proposed, has an attainable decision-changing result worth its burden.
